He is survived by: his wife Arlene Piatkowski; his children, Tricia Wetzel (Brian) and Nicholas Piatkowski (Amy Schlifke); his grandchildren, Declan and Lincoln; and his brothers, Ronald Piatkowski (Cathy) and Raymond Piatkowski (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
