She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel J. Paluch; her son Daniel Paluch, Jr.; and her brother Jim Simmons. She is survived by: her children, Alan Bookhagen, Tim Bookagen (Kris), Doug Paluch, Mike Paluch, Paul Paluch (Melissa), Vince Paluch (Kate), Cathy Althen (Elijah) and Michelle Archer (Rick); and her siblings, Bernie Simmons (Sharon), Margaret Higley (late Mike), Susie Barnes (Jim), Lois Koscian (late Frank), Marilyn Bunk (Mike) and Chuck Simmons. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
