She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph W. Fourby; her parents, Charles Fairfield and Dorothy Fairfield; and her sisters, Elizabeth Fairfield and Julie Waterstram.
She is survived by: her children, John Constantin (Tina), Paul Constantin (Lynda), Joe Fourby and Lisa Murray (Don); and her grandchildren, Destiny, Shain, Saige Constantin, Joe Fourby, Dominique and Donny Murray. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
