With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eileen White (Buffalo, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 28, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Eileen departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Eileen. Though Eileen may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband William White; her daughter Molly Romano (John); and her sister Patricia Boyce. She is survived by: her children, Diane Ceglia (Michael), James White (Jeanette), Jacquelyn McDonough (David), Mark White (Sylvia), Nancy Connelly (Timothy) and Elizabeth Dangelo (Dean). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the C. Mertz and Son Funeral Home, Inc. 911 Englewood Ave. Friday, January 2nd from 4-7 PM, In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Eileen's memory to Niagara Hospice.
