She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Phillips and Mary Phillips; her stepfather Clarence Knox; her siblings, John Phillips (late Sharon) and Karen Knox Piotrowski (late David); and her daughter Amy Rose Shepard.
She is survived by: her brother Lorin Knox (late Pat); her children, David Shepard (Amy), Ann Marie Jalsa (Henry) and Jeffrey Shepard; her grandchildren, Abigail Rose Shepard, Caleb, Joshua and Mary Jalsa; her niece Kim Knox Mecham; her former husband Stuart Shepard (late Sema); Barry, Mary Lou Genaway, Ruth Komorowski, Len Costrino, John, Cathy Houseknecht, Troy and Tammy Johnson.
