He is survived by: his wife Kathleen DiNardo; his children, Joseph DiNardo, Elizabeth DiNardo McCartney (John) and Emil DiNardo Jr.; his granddaughter Olivia; and his siblings, Joseph DiNardo (late Marcia) and Marie Brooks (William). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
