She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Lindsey (Carrie Hairston) and Emma; and her granddaughter Catherine. She is survived by: her daughter Trina Whitmore (Cornell); her grandchildren, Calvin and Cortina; and her great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Matthew and Makayla. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and devoted friends.
