She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph H. Hicks, and Shirley L. Vaughn Hicks, Sr.; and her brothers, Joseph Hicks, Jr. and Clyde Hicks. She is survived by: her children, Amber Hicks, Kwalik Warmley, Gavarious Hicks and Timothy Hicks (Theresa Skroback); her grandchildren, Jeremiah Hicks and Bradyn Hicks; and her siblings, Wilford Hicks of Bolivar, Marcella Carter (Gary) of Phoenix, AZ, Brian Hicks (Rebecca Pangburn) of Bolivar, Tim Hicks (Melissa) of Olean, Hope Dinkins (Randy) of Sinclairville, Cheryl Kellogg (late Darrell) of Florida and Daryl Hicks (Holly) of Florida. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
