He is survived by : his wife Karen Zarbo-Cefaratti; his daughter Jennifer Cefaratti; and his brother Daniel (Rosemarie Dombrowski). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

“I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of my cousin Frank. We lived next door to each other on Ludington Street and grew up playing on the same block. Frankie was the youngest of my cousins Jimmy, Patsy and Johnny who have also left us, leaving my oldest cousin Danny to carry on the Cefaratti namesake.
