He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Anne (Kershaw); his grandson Aaron; his son-in-law Derrick; and his brother-in-law Larry.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Paulus); his siblings, Don (Linda) and Sue; his children, Merideth, Heather (John) and John (Jeanette); his grandchildren, Kevin (Aubree), Emily (Jason), Brian (Lex), Sarah (Zack), Wyatt, Leah (Ethan), Mimi, Peter, Lily, Julia, Sadie, Christopher (Chris), Jason (Anna) and Angela; and his great grandchildren, Kaizer, Hudson, Finley and James.
