He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Connor (Noah); Ronald Kintzel (Gloria), June Damstetter and John Kintzel. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kintzel; his sons, Frederick W. Kintzel IV (Lisa Maraschiello) and Eric Kintzel (Christa); his grandchildren, Brittany Rathman (Brian), Frederick W. Kintzel (Kayla), Jessica Kintzel, Tony Boustead, Amanda Larson (Bill) and Mark Maraschiello (Darby); and his brother Edward (Judy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Our Lady of Victory National Shrine & Basilica Fred was a United States Navy Veteran.
