He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee E., Sr. and Betty J. Perks; his son Garry L. Perks Jr.; his siblings, Lee Jr., Ronald (late Cathy) and Roger Perks; and the mother of his children Molly.
He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Warren (Rudolph); his grandchildren, Brittani and Aja; his sister Sharon Cavalier (late Tom); and his friend Stacia. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Greco Funeral Home (2909 Elmwood Ave, Buffalo, NY 14217). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
