He was predeceased by: his son Donald McCabe (Sandy); and his sibling Jean Romaine (Joanne). He is survived by: his wife Diana (Ireland); his children, Timothy (Karen), Phillip, George and Amy Nowak (Joseph); his grandchildren, Amanda, Marissa, Channing, Carrington, Lillyanna, Robert, Ariel, Kristin, Austin, Kyle, Natalie and Sean; and his siblings, Robert McCabe, James McCabe (Debbie), Judy Truax (Bert) and Robin Beare. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
