She is survived by: her children, Humberto Ortiz (Yolanda), Israel and Elena Hernandez; her grandchildren, Joseph Anthony, Humberto III, Naythan, Elizabeth, Xavius, Laylani, Lorenzo, Isabella, Viviana, Isaiah, Alexy, Andrew, Arieanna, Adrian and Aiden; her great grandchildren, Haileanis, Izailee, Luis, Edith and Charlotte; and her siblings, Maria Hernandez (late Juan), Ivan Soto (Shirley), Johnny Soto (Lea), Mitchell Soto (Margie), Lucy Soto, Nelson Soto (Ericka) and Margarita Soto. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
