He was predeceased by: his sister Marilyn Breister (Sigmund). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia (Stawarz); his children, Cheryl Melbrod (Paul), Brian DeMarco and Julie Butkowski (James); and his grandchildren, Amanda Dubel (Josh), Andrew Melbrod, Olivia and Nathan Butkowski.
