He is survived by: his brothers, Thomas Paivanas (Susan), John Paivanas and Evan Paivanas; his nephew Nicholas Paivanas (Brittany); his niece Tessa Mizla (Nathan); his great-nephews, Alexander, Samuel and William; and his friend Sonja Nelaimischkies.
