He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rusky Jr. and Cecelia Rusky; and his father-in-law Raymond Flynn. He is survived by: his close friend Carol Ksiazek; his stepchildren, Nicole Ksiazek and Justin Ksiazek (Kricky); his mother-in-law Ruth Flynn; his sister Anne Moyer (James); and his nieces and nephews, Lindsay Opsitnik (Cody) and Joseph Moyer. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
