Waas, Jr. (Maia), Erin Waas (Chris) and Caitlin Zulewski (Bill); her grandchildren, Hannah, Finley, Beau, Banks, Barron, Maeve, Joe, Madeline, Lily, Cormac and Oscar; and her siblings, Edward Seibert (Nancy), Susan Fiegel, Eric Seibert (Tammy) and Cynthia Drabik (Tim).

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Gretchen's name may be sent to Roswell Park Alliance Foundation or the Just Buffalo Literary Center.
