It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen T. Marek of Buffalo, New York, who passed away on December 8, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Marek and Pauline Marek; and her siblings, Fred Marek, Terry Iwankow, Pete, Joe, Mike and Barbara Marek.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Marek (Jo Ann), Dawn Marek-Kaney (late Jude) and Dennis Marek; and her grandchildren, Mark Kaney (Gina Booker), Angela Gresko, Matthew Marek and Paige Marek (Justin Casselberry).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lombardo Funeral Home (Southtowns Chapel) (3060 Abbott Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Our Lady of Charity Parish (St. Ambrose Worship Site) (65 Ridgewood Rd, Buffalo, NY 14220).
