She was predeceased by: her parents, James Dixon and Rita Dixon; and her sister Marguerite Dixon. She is survived by: her siblings, Marilyn Zahm (late Robert), Robert Dixon (Anita), Carolyn Sutton (Peter), James Dixon and Mark Dixon (Colleen). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

If desired, donations may be made in Helene's name to Hospice Foundation.
