He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, David (Gina), Kevin (Robyn) and Karen Burns (Mark Kardaman); his grandchildren, David, Katie Sinclair (Ian), Christopher, Timothy Burns (Madeleine), Ryan Burns and Kelly Burns; his great grandchildren, Calvin and Theo Burns; and his siblings, Chester, Walter, John and Estelle. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
