He was predeceased by : his parents, John Henry Hall and Ethel Montgomery Hall; his stepmother Claire Hall; and his siblings, Alphonse Hall and Jacquelyn A. Franklin.

He is survived by : his children, Henry A. Humphrey (Bobby Humphrey) of Buffalo, NY, Rhys A. Hall (Linda Rislin Hall) of Buffalo, NY and Leah T. Hall of Atlanta, GA.; his siblings, Deborah Burney Hall of Atlanta, GA, Faye Swain of Atlanta, GA and Ronald Hall (Lynn Hall) of Buffalo, NY.; his grandchildren, Donte Parker, Nialah Parker, Jalen Dickson, Shilah Parker, Brandon Parker, Coren Dickson, Bianca Parker, Angel Parker, Brianna Parker, Aaliyah Parker, Malachi Parker and Jacob Humphrey; and his great grandchildren, Donte Parker, Bella Black, Cali Parker, Riley Monterro, Denim and Dakota Bishop.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the John E. Roberts Funeral Home (280 Grover Cleveland Hwy, Buffalo, NY 14226). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the True Bethel Baptist Church (701 E Ferry St, Buffalo, NY 14211).
