He is survived by: his wife Bernice C. Devine of Plainsboro, NJ; his former wife Ann Devine of Venice, FL; his children, Jim Devine (Jeanette) of Jacksonville, FL, Tom Devine (Shelley) of Venice, FL, Kent Devine of Venice, FL and Cathy Whitaker of Morrisville, NC; his stepdaughters, Diane Alleborn (Jim) of Southport, NC and Karen Krueger (Scott) of Schuyler Falls, NY; his grandchildren, Ashley Devine of Venice, FL, Logan Devine of Clearwater, FL, Brady Whitaker of Garner, NC, Abby Whitaker of Cary, NC and Courtney Townsend (Thad) of Wilmington, NC; his great grandchild Cameron Grady of Venice, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Helen L. Robinson of Quakertown, PA, David Riley of Mohnton, PA and Patric Riley (Peggy) of Schwenksville, PA. He is also survived by his several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and his cousins.
