It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline K. Church (Buffalo, New York), who passed away on December 18, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Jacqueline is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Jacqueline's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne A. Church; and her brothers, James Kempa (Karen) and Gerald Kempa. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Church (Midori) and Elisa Church-Goupil (Daniel); and her grandson Benjamin Goupil. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Joseph's Indian School located in Chamberlain, SD.
