She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Pankow. She is survived by: her children, Gretchen Eberhart, Eric Pankow (Penelope), Jennifer Golias, Sarah Pankow (Dan Updike) and Matt Pankow (Mary Lee); her grandchildren, Lindsay (Karsten Bratt-Pfotenhauer), Rachel Eberhart, William, Nicole, Bradley Golias and Riley Pankow; and her brother Paul Harloff. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In honoring Jackie's life and love, the family requests that donations be made to Lake Chautauqua Lutheran Center in lieu of flowers.
