He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Panda McCaul; his stepfather Gerald Giardini; Dale. He is survived by: his father Melvyn Dale; his wife Sarah L. Farr; his children, Shawn Farr, Maximus M. McCaul, Samantha McCaul (PJ) and Oran M. McCaul; his sister Janet L. McCaul; and his sibling's children, Luke Wenke and Camille M. Emborsky.
