We are sad to announce that, on November 26, 2025, at the age of 94, Joanne E. T. Mingo of Buffalo, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Joanne departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Joanne. Though Joanne may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Lee Mingo, Sr.; and her daughter Sharon Marie Mingo-Alexander. She is survived by: her children, Bonnie V. M. Nelson (Avery), Arthur Lee Mingo, Jr. and Kyle Ellsworth Mingo. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
