He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kowalczyk and Virgina Kowalczyk. He is survived by: his siblings, Gerald Kowalczyk (Janice) and Susan Moran (Paul); his nephews, Andrew Kowalczyk and Stephen Moran (Lauren); his niece Kathryn Larson (Jason); and his close friend Dana Kankolenski.
