With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Francis Schaab (Buffalo, New York), who passed away on May 25, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Schaab and Francis Schaab. He is survived by: his brothers, Carl (Gerry), Francis (Peggy) and Jimmy (Carolyn); his daughters, Pam Mahle (Pax) and Katie Schaab; his nephews, Carl (Lisa), Jimmy (Von) and Jason Schaab; his close friend Jo Anne Jansen; his grandchildren, Dylan, Isabella and Grayson; and also, John Baron (Jill Galway), Kelly Jansen (Don Hayes) and Chris Jansen. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces and nephews and cousins.

In Joe's memory, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
