He was predeceased by: his wife Viola M. Heiney; his son Jack Heiney; and his siblings, James, Simon, Esther and Sarah.
He is survived by: his child Mazal Kozadayev; and his brother Raymond Heiney. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (1411 Delaware Ave, Buffalo, NY 14209).
