He was predeceased by: his brothers, Samuel and Stephen Majerich; and his niece Sandra Hinman (Robert). He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Peacock (Donald) and Karen Robins (Kevin); his grandchildren, Joseph Peacock (Taylor), Dr. Katherine Peacock D. O., Kristin Krywcun (Joel) and Samantha Robins; his great grandchild Charles Joseph Peacock; his brother Andrew Majerich (late Helen); and his nieces, Cindy Mertz (Mark) and Tina Glover (Paul).

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the C. Mertz and Son Funeral Home, Inc. (911 Englewood Ave, Buffalo, NY 14223). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
