He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Stenger and Margaret Stenger (Flynn); his wives, Margaret Stenger (Ryan) and Joyce Gibney; his children, Joseph J. Stenger II (Marianne) and Sharon Harrison (Robert); and his siblings, Marion French (late John), John H. Stenger (late Janet) and Henry Pauly (late Grace).
He is survived by: his children, Jim Stenger (Tracy), Marty P. Stenger, Mark Stenger (Cheryl), Susan Stenger (Bochmann) and Scott Stenger (Mary Ann); his stepchildren, Bruce Gibney and Patricia Gibney (Pinkard); and his grandson Justin R. Stenger. He is also survived by grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and many loving cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
