She is survived by: her sons, Stanley Kopka (Cheryl), Joseph Kopka (Kelly) and Henry Kopka (Norma) of Martinsburg; her grandchildren, Selena Hoyak (Joseph) and Matthew Kopka (Amy) of Punxsutawney; and her great grandchildren, Kaelyn Hoyak and Allison Hoyak. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
