She is survived by: her daughters, Benita Lukowski-Borden, Tammy Ciesla (Donald), Colleen Urbanczyk, Sr. (Kevin) and Patti Plandowski (Joe); her stepchildren, Paul, David, Daniel and Annette; and her siblings, John Orluk, Jr. (Rose) and Sandy Giannelli (late Butch). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
