She is survived by: her children, Joseph Strubel (Penner), Thomas Strubel, Mary Beth Pauka (Andre) and Mark Strubel (Kim); and her grandchildren, Arianne, Juliette Strubel, Max Strubel, Clare, Douglas, Luke, Timothy, Kathleen, Jack and Cody Strubel.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Gregory the Great Church (200 St Gregory Ct, Buffalo, NY 14221).
