She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Chilcott and Katherine Chilcott; her son Jeffrey Slomba; and her brothers, Paul (late Billye), John (late Jeanne) and Stephen Chilcott (late Elinor).

She is survived by: her children, Mary Kay and Paul; her grandchildren, James Peckey, Joshua Slomba and Elissa Slomba; and her great grandchildren, Mariana Katherine and Mia Elizabeth. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Buffalo, Inc.
