She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Skorka, Sr.; her parents, Richard Brenner and Marilyn Brenner; and her brothers, Richard Brenner, Jr. and Jonathan Brenner.

She is survived by: her children, Jonathan and Kathryn Skorka; and her sisters, Lisa Ziebold (late Joseph), Denise Brenner and Deborah Brenner. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kathleen's name to Roswell Park Alliance Foundation.
