He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Doyle. He is survived by: his wife Karen A. Prusinski; his children, Shaolin, Tai and Jetlee; his grandson Ivan; and his siblings, Joseph Prusinski Jr. and Jody Berthiaume. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
