He is survived by: his parents, Kevin C. Sullivan and Kate Sullivan; his children, James Patrick Sullivan and Olivia Rose Sullivan; his siblings, Allison Burton (Christopher), Hillary Hunt and KC Sullivan; his siblings' children, Claire and Ben Burton; and the mother of his children Melanie Vazquez. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and many cousins.
