He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Whelan and Margaret (Southard); and his siblings, Patricia Parker (late James), James, John, Thomas (late Ruth) and Robert (Debra).
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Halldin (late John), Gerald (Illeane), Paul (Molly) and Margaret Page. He is also survived by 23 nieces and nephews, 32 great nieces and nephews and 7 great-great nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Our Lady of Victory Basilica (767 Ridge Rd, Lackawanna, NY 14218).
Memorial contributions in Kevin's memory may be made to Hospice of Buffalo or Our Lady of Victory.
