He is survived by: his wife Rose Cerasa; his children, Michael (Joyce), Rosanne Schlein (David) and Lucille LoTempio (Vincent); and his grandchildren, Michael Cerasa (Mary), Christina Cerasa, Samantha Townsley (Robert), Lucia Griffin (Matthew), Daniel Schlein, Robert Cerasa and Rose LoTempio. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Buffalo VA Medical Center.
