He was predeceased by: his parents, Larnzie Holcomb and Daisy Holcomb; and his siblings, Maxie Holcomb and Sarah Gordon. He is survived by: his brother James Holcomb; his close friend Mary G. Gill; and his children, Anthony Holcomb (Ramona), Theresa Williamson (Willie), LaVaughans Holcomb Jr. (Lousissica) and Shelby Holcomb Sr. (Kwyana). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, bonus grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
