He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Campbell; and his parents, Dorothy R. Campbell and Roy Campbell (Dorothy). He is survived by: his stepson Jason Smith (Leona); his grandsons, Joshua and Brandon Smith; and his siblings, Roy Campbell, Michael Campbell (Peggy), Nancy Suto (Jack) and Sandra Davis (Jaye). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
