He was predeceased by: his brother Felix. He is survived by: his wife Carol (Mikos); his children, Jessica Mikos and Eric Mikos; and his siblings, Susan Pietras, Antoinette "Toni", Walter and Edward Refermat. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
