It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lorraine Brown (Buffalo, New York), who passed away on December 7, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband David A. Brown; her son Philip; and her siblings, Andrew Uhl (Alice) and E. Christine Beller. She is survived by: her children, David (Bobbi), Lindsay (Judy), Jacqueline Scher (Thomas), Gregory (Sue), Rebecca Young (Christopher) and Lawrence Brown; and her sisters, Joan McDonald (late James) and Frances Krause (late James). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grand dogs.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the C. Mertz and Son Funeral Home, Inc. (911 Englewood Ave, Buffalo, NY 14223). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael Church (651 Washington St, Buffalo, NY 14203).
