She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Niblack and Alice Niblack (Payne); and her brother Walter K. Niblack. She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia A. Harrington-Duff (Joe) of Ellicott City, MD, Sally J. Harrington-Caldwell of East Berlin, Denise H. Ketcham (Rich) of Austin, TX, Holly M. Yaniero (Robert) of Mooresville, NC and Rebecca S. Brown of Dillsburg; and her sister Beth R. Thorpe of South Burlington, VT. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
