He was predeceased by: his sons, Marco Perez and Daniel Perez; and his parents, Julio Perez Cordero and Catalina. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Perez; his children, Krista Costantino (David) and Sean Perez; and his grandchildren, John Seitz (Emily), Ava Heikoop (Hendrik), Mariah Costantino, Isabella Costantino, Tyler Costantino and Dylan Costantino.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lombardo Funeral Home - Amherst (885 Niagara Fls Blvd, Amherst, NY 14226). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Leo Church (885 Sweet Home Rd, Amherst, NY 14226).
