She is survived by: her children, Nicole Mamizuka (Brian) and Ryan Lee (Lauren); her grandchildren, Carter, Kaia and Kaden; and her siblings, Bernard Swanekamp (Tammy) and Cheryl Matoltsy (Michael). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
