Baxter (Buffalo, New York), born in Niagara Falls, New York, who passed away on January 31, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Baxter and Louis Ceasor; and his son Michael Anthony Cook. He is survived by: his wife Charmelle Baxter; his children, Marcus Baxter and Moniquee Cook; his stepdaughter Chrisheena Hill; his siblings, Demetrius Baxter (Anthony Ceasor) and Vicki Ceasor; his nieces and nephews, Michelle Baxter, Makyela Baxter, Rihanna Baxter (Liam) and Shakhya Baxter; his friend Trent Mctyere; and his aunt Inez (Baxter). He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.
