She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Botham of Warsaw and Rena Seddon Botham. She is survived by: her children, Renee Milks (Soupy) of Akron, Neil Dylag (Tori) of Buffalo and Ben Purucker (Autumn) of Plattsburg; her grandchildren, Alexis, Isaiah, Mykenzie, Hayden, Joey, Henley and Delia; her siblings, Debbie Schoonover (Barry) of Oklahoma, Laura Hohensee (Michael) of Varysburg and Robert Botham (Amy) of Florida; and her pet Chloe. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
